NdFeB Ring Magnets
Bonded NdFeB magnets, i.e. bonded neodymium iron boron magnets, are
those permanent magnetic materials made of rapid quenched NdFeB
magnetic powders combined with resin binders (epoxy,
Nylon/polyamide (PA), polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), etc). They are manufactured through a bonded process (compression,
injection, extrusion or calendaring molding), so it is available to
obtain complex geometries with high dimensional precision.
Controlling the performance and proportion of NdFeB magnetic
powders, it is able to adjust the magnets’ magnetic properties in a
continuous range. Due to their complex geometries availability,
high dimensional precision, uniform magnetic properties, diverse
magnetization patterns, good corrosion resistance and mechanic
properties.
Feature
(1) As it has higher magnetic force, injection molding is possible
and dimensions are accurate, it is suitable for high precision
parts.
(2) As it is isotropic, expensive magnetic field molding machine
and tooling are not required, it is possible to produce relatively
low cost parts.

Bonded neo powder is incorporated into numerous end market
applications that utilize bonded neo magnets. These products are
primarily motors and sensors used in a range of products, including
computer and office equipment (e.g., hard disk drives and optical
disk drive motors and fax, copier and printer stepper motors),
consumer electronics (e.g., personal video recorders and mp3 music
players), automotive and industrial applications (e.g., instrument
panel motors, seat motors and air bag sensors) and home ventilation

Packing:
As the magnets have strong attraction and we will use the spacer to
apart the magnets each other in case people will be hurt when take
it out. Then, they will be packed in a white box of pieces each,
several boxes to a carton.
+By Air: If the goods will be shipped by air, all the magnetic
should be degaussed and we will use Iron sheet to shield.
+By Sea: If the goods are will be shipped by sea, we will place a
pallet on the bottom of cartons.
Shipping:
Express (TNT, DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc), Air, Ocean.
A: The weight is under 40Kgs, we recommend to send them in
shielding boxes to you by Express.
B: The weight is between 40Kgs-100Kgs, it can be sent by Express or
Air.
C: The weight is over 100Kgs, we recommend to send them by Ocean.
Bonded magnet is Customized product.
